attaching to email

I have a sas eg code macro that makes a excel file for 200 different people and i have another code that sents out an email to the same 200 people but using different data sources. What would be the best way to add the excel attachment to the email code. 

 what i am trying to do it that if the name or email of the people from the attachment match the data from the email code than attach the excel file to the email and send out. Is there a general code that we can use to do this.

Make code for one person that solves the issue for that one person (creation of Excel file and sending email).
