Please note that I recently downloaded SAS ED 8.3, but now the issue is that I am unable to log into my profile as I keep getting an error. I have attached screenshots of the error, and I would love to point out that this is not a connection issue as my Wi-Fi is stable, and also, the university is taking care of the license so it cannot expire as most others did not get the same error as I did in my class.
