Dear Everyone, 

 

Please note that I recently downloaded SAS ED 8.3, but now the issue is that I am unable to log into my profile as I keep getting an error. I have attached screenshots of the error, and I would love to point out that this is not a connection issue as my Wi-Fi is stable, and also, the university is taking care of the license so it cannot expire as most others did not get the same error as I did in my class. The first error that appearsThe first error that appearsOnce I close the first error message, this one appearsOnce I close the first error message, this one appears

Contact your administrator for additional assistance.

In the context of SAS on Demand, this means you have to get in contact with SAS technical support.
