UPDATE SAS

I was wondering how I upgrade my SAS version 7.1 to SAS version 8.2.

I searched the SAS website and found nothing to indicate that I can download it.

Obtain a new SAS depot with the current SAS software for your license; it will contain the installers for both Enterprise Guide versions in their latest hotfix level.

Your organization should have a SAS Admin, a person who is the one that communicates with SAS on license and related issues. That is the person that should request updated deployment files.

If your organization does not have a SAS admin you may be about to volunteer for that position.

Make sure that you have all the license information such as site and license expiration information before contacting SAS.
