Not able to connect to any sas work space servers, i see all the apps are up and running on the server. I can restart the application, but i want to know the exact rerason for this, so that i can avoid this in future.
Welcome to the community. You are asking a question which is similar to asking - why did my car break down? Of course the answer is how would we know if you don't provide details of what happened.
Please describe what you tried to connect to the SAS servers plus supply any logs containing error messages.
hi , geeting this error
The application could not connect to any server in the cluster "(odaws04-usw2.oda.sas.com:8591,odaws02-usw2.oda.sas.com:8591,odaws01-usw2.oda.sas.com:8591,odaws03-usw2.oda.sas.com:8591)".
Or even after logging I am not able to get into the work page
Are you referring to SAS Enterprise Guide as the application? If so, then providing a screenshot of the details tab of the connection window would be helpful.
Hi,
When you say the issue is resolved by cleaning cookies and history? could you detail the same.
I am also facing the same issue.
@Prakash_Cog - Please start a new post. What SAS application are you having problems with? The OP doesn't say which application but I'm assuming it must be a web browser one. To find out how to clear cookies and browser history look in your web browser's help.
