SDS Failed to provide the SAS workspace while running project

Greetings, 

I have a project in the server, Budget.egp, first time attempting to run project

When running it, It times out. The message

An error occurred executing the workspace job "Init".

SDS Failed to provide the SAS workspace.

[Error] Objspawn was unable to launch the server TOMMS - Workspace Server (A5FMDXLV.AZ0000CG) because the Grid provider has exceeded the specified wait time.

I can export the programs to the same folder, close Budget.egp, open the program files individually and they run without a problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Since the error was happening before any processing, no way of knowing I had a malformed PROC PRINT statement, recoded, fixed.
