SAS Studio tasks in EG?

Hi,

At SASGF15 I learned that SAS Studio tasks can be integrated in EG.

To try it out I created an environment that has the prerequisites installed:

- EG 7.1

- IE 11 (must be 10 or higher)

- SAS Studio

but I don't see the SAS Studio tasks in EG.

Are there additional steps I need to perform to get this working?

Hi Bart,

Check and see if you have selected the option in EG that includes the SAS Studio tasks in the EG 7.1 task interface.  Select Tools > Options > Tasks General and select the "Display SAS Studio tasks" option.

Hi Bart,

Do you have the SAS Studio Single User Edition installed on your local computer?  I believe for EG 7.1 that you must have the Single User Edition installed on the same machine as EG in order to see the SAS Studio tasks in EG.

Also, what version of SAS Studio are you running?

Yes, you must have the Single User Edition of SAS Studio installed on the same machine as EG 7.1.  Also, make sure you can start SAS Studio (Single User Edition) by itself...  Start button->All Programs->SAS->SAS Studio (3.2 or later).

Note: EG 7.11 will support the Enterprise Edition of SAS Studio in the next version of SAS Studio (3.4).

ok i was indeed trying with Enterprise Edition of SAS Studio.

i will install single user and see if i can get that to work.
