Hi Lauren, What release of SAS Studio are you using? Have you looked at the Distribution Analysis task? Here's the "What's New" doc for the most recent release: SAS Studio 3.8. Here are our questions: When do you read the What's New? For example, "I read it as soon as I get the new release." or "I never read it." What do you like about the current structure of the What's New doc? What do you find difficult to use or lacking? Do you skim the What's New or do you read the details? How do you use the What's New? What is your role in the organization? Does the What's New help you do your job? Hi davynijs, From what I know, what you are asking isn't possible at this time. In case you haven't seen it, here is the documentation for writing custom tasks: SAS Studio Developer's Guide for Writing Custom Tasks. This doc describes everything that is supported in the current SAS Studio release.

Have you checked out our What's New in SAS Studio 3.5 topic, which lists a bunch of the cool new features in 3.5? Have you tried using the webdms.maxSessionTimeoutInHours configuration property? This property specifies the maximum value for the Session time-out value in the Preferences dialog box. The default value is 240 . You can also use the Time-out interval option in the Preferences dialog box to set the time-out (in hours) for your SAS Studio session. According to the doc, the default time-out is 1 hour. For more information about Preferences, see http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/webeditorug/68828/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p0oojc464gfpudn1t7k0xu5zayf2.htm If your SAS Studio administrator needs to increase this interval for everyone at your site, he can use a configuration property to set the default value that appears in the Preferences dialog box. If your site has licensed and installed the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office, you can access the SAS add-in directly from Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Open Microsoft Excel. If the SAS add-in is available, you should see a SAS tab in the ribbon. I hope that helps get you started.

Hi Bart, Do you have the SAS Studio Single User Edition installed on your local computer? I believe for EG 7.1 that you must have the Single User Edition installed on the same machine as EG in order to see the SAS Studio tasks in EG. Also, what version of SAS Studio are you running?
