Dear all,

I have a strange error when i connect to SAS Server with this program. After inserted login and password (the login is OK), when I select SASMain in the right part of the screen, I have two voices:

libraries
files

when I select libraries I obtain the following error

Yesterday all the system were OK. I restart the Server, all the services of Windows for SAS are OK.

Thanks

You probably need to call tech support on this one.

4.1.0.471 is the original shipping release of EG 4.1. We've had several hotfixes since then.

Visit http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/ent_guide41.html and download the latest fixes. If your problem is not solved, then yes, please follow up with SAS Technical Support.

Also, for this particular problem, I'd look at the library definitions in SAS metadata. If this was working up until recently, examine any recent changes to library definitions.

Again, I think the hotfix will get you working again, but it might not surface a problematic library.
