Hello,

 

SAS EG 8.3 (8.3.0.103) (64-bit).

Windows 10

Connection via Citrix

 

Since yesterday 04/10/2023 SAS EG has start freezing and a debug message is displayed. After I press debug I receive the following error:

If this just started happening then it suggests a change in the environment, perhaps and update (or removal) of a component that EG depends on. I suggest working with SAS Technical Support. They can instruct about how to enable and collect logging information to help diagnose.
