After seeing EG touted as a replacement for the Enhanced Editor at SGF, I accepted the challenge to start using EG as my development environment instead of the Enhanced Editor where I've been programming for longer than I care to admit. However the first thing that came up is that I wanted to check the SAS documentation on the syntax of the ATTRIB command. However when I go to the Help menu, I don't see any choices that relate to SAS software, only EG.

Am I missing it or is it not there? Is there a away to add a link to it in the Help menu? Perhaps even better would be the ability to link to it and/or any online resource that a user might want to specify?

Hmm, I see all the documentation. It says EG Help, but typing ATTRIB in the search box gave me all the SAS documentation; the contents button does just show the EG help. I have SAS 9.1.3 installed locally.

Hmm, hadn't thought to try Search. It certainly solves the problem but isn't as intuitive as it might be. I would expect to be able to get to it through the Contents page, but didn't see how. At least with Search I can find the answer without having to go outside of EG to get it. Thanks for the help.

I still go to the SAS Online Doc site for help whether I am in EGuide or Display Manager. I find it more comprehensive and useful. If you drag the icon to yhe bottom of your windows screen on the taskbar, it will always be available in the middle of any session.
