Trying to access SAS App server through SAS Enterprise guide getting the following error.

But the same was able to login through putty.

Version using SAS 9.4

SAS EG Version: 7.1 (64 bit)

Need solution to resolve the issue

Does the user hbc4823 have the permission "log on as batch job" enabled?

Hi Kalyan,

 Are you able to resolve this issue , as we are facing same issue .

We are using  E.G  through VDIs.

Sure Chris,

we are working with our Vendor to check the firewall settings of VDI. If it gets resolved I will update else create a new post as suggested.
