New Project Dark Theme

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how do I set Dark theme and remove "Grid" when I open New Project in SAS Enterprise Guide 8.3.

I'm able to turn on the Dark Theme when I go to "Tools" -> "Options" -> "General" and select "Dark theme" and also right click on the background and deselect "Grid" option.
Now it looks as I would love to:

But i don't find the way to save this settings so when i open new project it looks like this:
