Managing Layout of SAS Enterprise Guide 8.3

Hey, guys. How are you going? 

Today, I need a simple help with SAS Enterprise Guide 8.3's layout. 

Always I open a program, LOG's tab appears above CODE's tab and I need click with right button and select 'Move to previous tab group'. 

I would like a tip to put it as default. When I open the program the tab being together, side by side, on the main SAS' window. 

Anyone knows how I can do that?

I downloaded a image here to exemplify what I'm saying.

The same happens with Output's tab.
