Hi, everyone.  I have a dataset with 3 columns, as shown above. The first column, COD_SEG, represents the internal code for each person. The second column, DT_OCORR, represents the date of a specific event (format yymmd7.). The last column,, CIA_ESCOLHIDA, provides a reference for the corresponding COD_SEG and DT_OCORR.  My date variable (DT_OCORR) is skipping (jumping) months. I need to insert the missing dates for each COD_SEG. When doing this, I need to fill the other 2 columns with the information from the previous row. Like this. Hey, guys. How are you going?  Today, I need a simple help with SAS Enterprise Guide 8.3's layout.  Always I open a program, LOG's tab appears above CODE's tab and I need click with right button and select 'Move to previous tab group'.  I would like a tip to put it as default. When I open the program the tab being together, side by side, on the main SAS' window.  Anyone knows how I can do that? Hey,  I hope everything is alright.    I have a question about proc transpose. Is there any way to use my prefix in idlabel? For example:  I have a variable (which i'm using as idlabel) called "sin_date". This variable is a sequence of YYYYMM (202201, 202202, 202203 ...) and I want use a prefix, like "DT_". When I transpose my numbers, in this moment, my idlabels are 202201, 202202, 202203... and I want that be DT_202201, DT_202202 ..    How can I do this? Thanks all! ... View more

Thanks for your response.   It is a simple PROC IMPORT procedure. Hi all, I'm trying to import an access database by the "proc import" procedure and also by point-click, but my attempts are failing.   When I try by "proc import", the log shows the messages: "ERROR: Connect: Class not registered" and "ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement." When I try by point-click, the following error is being shown: "A problem was encountered while attempting to use OLEDB to read data from the source file. This may be caused due to the source file being opened within another application or a security issue while attempting to access the source file. Because of this problem the Import Data wizard is unable to continue." I also tried putting the access file on my computer's local server but it didn't make any difference   I searched here on the SAS Community and found that this error may be due to the difference between SAS Enterprise Guide and Microsoft Office being installed on different "bit" platforms (32-bits and 64-bits). But in my case both are installed as 64-bit.   Unfortunately, I am not able to get around this situation. Can anybody help me?   ... View more

Hi, everybody! I have a variable which must be descending, but I have some values that brokes this rule.
