Icons in a SAS EG project

I have a very silly but frustrating issue! The icons for programs, data etc have somehow moved way, way below on the project grid. I selected the group of icons to move up but it's taken me hours and they have moved up only a few millimeters !! Please help on how to quickly move them up. This could have happened when I auto-arranged the icons as it was a big mess to figure out the flow.
