How to validate data in real time

Hi,

I m using SAS DI Syudio.
Below is the problem i m facing.
I have maintained a List of Values in SAS.

and in my ERP application I have a field where i will be using this List of Values.

Can someone provide me with some information how this can be done in real time since erp system will be talking to SAS via web services.
