Please let me know how to use SAS Enterprise guide or how to download it.

Enterprise Guide is included in the SAS depot you get for your license. Ask your SAS administrators to get it installed on your desktop.

There is no separate download available.

Enterprise Guide is not available as a free download, AFAIK.  You need to purchase a license from SAS. If you have a SAS license already, EG is often included.  You might want to speak with your administrator who maintains the SAS licenses / installs.
