Get an error when I am trying to create an stored process in EG

I am getting the following error regarding insufficient authorization when I try to create and save a stored process in EG. How can I grant this authorization?

You (or someone at your site) need to use SAS Management Console to create a new source repository for your stored process .SAS files -- and then grant you Write permissions for it.
