Errror : You cannot create a query based on data_set_name

What could be the reason for receving "You cannot create a query based on data_set_name."  error while opening EG 7.11 Query Builder?

What specific version of EG do you have?  (What appears in Help->About?)  There was an issue in EG 7.1 that presented a similar error, but it was fixed in 7.11.
