Enterprise Guide silently upgrade to 7.15

I have about 75 users on 7.12 and would like to get them all updated to 7.15.  I am using the standalone installer with response file but i am unable to get it to upgrade using our Software deployment tool Kace.  The installer works perfectly when no sas products are installed but when i am trying to upgrade from an older version it does not work.

are there specific install switches that need to be used when performing an upgrade?  Any help would be appreciated.

Did you record the response file when you deployed on a system that already had 7.12 installed (like your users) or on a system with no SAS products installed?  If the latter, I'd try the former, since there are different dialogs and required responses when the installer goes into update mode.
