Enterprise Guide - Existing Computed Columns Won't Run

I updated the input file to an existing process flow.  When I try to run the existing Query Builders with computed columns, the computed columns do not work (runs fine but does not perform the action). If I write a new or re-do the expression then run it, it's perfectly fine.  Help me please I am relatively new to SAS and since there are 91 query Builders I do not want to redo every single one of them.

 How did you do the update, in the file, replacing the file in EG, is it an import transformation or an user written ?
