Creating Default libraries in SAS EG

Hi,

I have a requirement of assigning teradata library which will be visible to all the users (read only) for example-like SAS HELP,SASUSERS etc...

How can this be achieved for each user when they will be invoking SAS EG from their system and can access the teradata tables with their own creds.

Please note that we are usning SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 which is installed on unix solaris box.
