Hi all i want to ask which linkage method does the similarity node use when performing a basic hierarchical clustering?. Thank you for your help.

You might not find the information you are looking for in the following papers. They do, however, provide some background. https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/160-2011.pdf & https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings/proceedings/sugi30/080-30.pdf

Are you talking about Time Series Similarity Node??

@taiyeong should know as he developed that node.

(due to @-mentioning him he will be notified)

Because the TS Similarity node gives you the option to export a distance matrix, you can use any EM clustering node for clustering time series. Or you can use PROC CLUSTER in a SAS code node with any linkage method you like.

Yes i am refering to the similarity node. As the properties do not show
which linkage is used.
