Step by step in predictive modeling in sas EM

Can anyone please  explain the step by step intructions (from data layout to tips and tricks to increase presision and yeild etc ) while we do predictive modeling in sas minner?

Not that I'm aware of, but the methods are the same - ie predict churn is similar to cancer survival. 

Basket analysis for billing codes is similar to shopping cart analysis.
