Got several questions about the results of the association node.

1. What do 2, 3 and 4 mean here?

2. What do blue and red represent? Or what is the color bar in the bottom?

Hi
Consider A & B => C is the rule, whereas A & B -> C is a sequence.
In Market Basket Analysis, it is read as A and B implies C. The basket (purchase order) is one here. It is a 3 item rule.
In Sequence Analysis, it is read as first A and B, THEN C. Now the buckets (purchase orders) are 2. It means in 1st order, A and B have been purchased by customer XYZ. In subsequent order, item C has been purchased by the same customer XYZ. This is a sequence with chain length 2. However chain size remains 3. So in short, the rule or a sequence denotes the number of items it is composed of.
Now a sequence rule is like A->B=> C & D -> E. where LHS before => sign is a sequence and RHS after => sign is another sequence.

Y axis has the LHS items and X axis has the RHS items. A square represents the rule which is the intersection of LHS and RHS. The Color represents the confidence the rule carries.

In the second graph as well, a square is a rule. A legend value shows the items in the rule or the chain size of the rule (in case of sequence). Y axis represents support of the rule while the X axis represents the confidence that the rule carries.

Thank you for the reply. But I am still confused about statistics plot. What does it mean by 2, 3 and 4 if it is the items in the rule or if it is the chain size? Would you please provide explicit explanation? How can I know whether it is items in the rule or the chain size?
