transpose values column data in to one column data using SAS DI

Hello ALL, Can any one help me to solve below query by using SAS DI studio. Col1 to col12 Row1- A 10 20 30 B 20 30 40 C 60 70 80 Output should be like below : Col1 Col2 A 10 A 20 A 30 B 20 B 30 B 40 C 60 C 70 C 80

Is your input a text file or a SAS dataset? 

I suspect this data is being loaded incorrectly to start with and you may be able to fix it before this step.
