Hi All, What is the difference between: "Insert Rows" and "Append" in SAS DI transformations? Is it on the performance? Are they equal in terms of features / results which they give. When I should use first one and when second one? Thanks in advance, Piotr

It's about syntax, either PROC APPEND or PROC SQL.
Usually it's no perfoŕmance difference, especially when you use the default behaviour of using views as output in preceeding transformations.
