Hi All,

I want to share SAS DI job via email with my colleague. It is in my DI projects.

How can I share this DI job via email.

Thanks

Hey,

You can export the job metadata and send that package in an email.

Other method to share is :if your colleague has access to SAS DI Studio then place the jobs in the metadata folder where he has access too.

Question is how your colleague should consume the job.

Is the code enough, or does he/she need the full DI experience?

To be able to test data is also needed, and don't forget to package the job with all dependent objects.

Does you colleague have a metadata environment to import to?

If you colleague is in the same project/company, perhaps sharing the job via authorization in the current environment is preferable as @Rama_V suggests.
