May I know which role(s) do I need to set to enable a user to delete a scheduled job

I don't know about roles. Do you mean delete a job (that has been deployed) or the deployed job object?

Either way, he/she must have write access to the job and the flow that holds the job.

And to do it right, write access to the OS folder where the .sas file resides.

Yes, the deployed job.

If you are using Management Console then I've found you usually need to give users the SMC Admin role to be able to do scheduling including deleting jobs.
