Hi - We are getting error on trying to login or open an existing Campaigns. This was working till yesterday without any issue. Attached screenshot of error for reference. Please advise in this regard. Really appreciate your help.

HI Muralidhar,
Unfortunately that generic error message could be many different things. You will need to take a look at {SASHOME}/Config/Lev1/Web/Logs/SASCustomerIntelligenceCore.6.x.log (where x is your version number), around the time that you experienced the generic error.
This sort of a problem is best tackled with SAS Technical Support - so you are advised to open a track with them.
