Solved: SAS 360 Engage - user sessions and email preview

Hi all!

How could I obtain the number of user sessions and the email previews on SAS 360 Engage?

I need to obtain it through logs and user interface.

The User Sessions are shown in the VISITS report and can be counted from downloading SESSION_DETAILS

The number of email previews is shown in en email task on the 'Review' tab. See below.

Your Customer Success Manager should also provide you monthly reports and review the numbers and forecast against your licensed volume.
