Users logging in to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 using Microsoft Edge might experience an issue wherein the user interface loads indefinitely and ultimately stops responding. This issue occurs due to a new security feature in Microsoft Edge called Enhanced Security Mode. This feature is denoted by the Added security icon beside the URL bar of the browser.
There are two workarounds to enable a successful login:
- You can disable Enhanced Security Mode.
- The IT Administrator for Microsoft Edge can add the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 URL to the exception list by clicking Settings ► Privacy, search, and services ► Exceptions.
