Did anyone do a MobileApp integration with SAS CI 360?
We are able to capture the deviceID, but it's not sent back to SAS (hence not able to bind to user identity), even though we received "Identity Binding Successful".
The DeviceID is generated by the 360 SDK itself and is saved/mapped in the datahub for an Identity when the Identity Binding event is sent. I will recommend you try the Diagnostics page in 360 (General Settings->Content Delivery->Diagnostics) and lookup the Identity ID which you know you have bound the Device ID for. You would be shown a table with all other Identities that are associated with that Identity.
