With the Nov 2022 release of SAS® Customer Intelligence 360 (a.k.a. 22.11), SAS introduces a new reimagined home page. This completely new experience gives you a personalized command center to craft your customers’ experience.

 

The goal of home page dashboard is twofold:

  1. Provide access to personalized time-saving actions
  2. Offer quick info and directional insights

Personalized actions include:

  • Common “I Want To” actions – create new emails, web spots, mobile notifications, segments, customer journeys, etc.
  • Access work in progress – for your campaigns
  • Recent results – a succinct summary of your campaigns

Quick info and insights include:

  • Overview of scheduled campaigns (e.g., all tasks, activities and segments scheduled to run over the next 30 days)
  • Aggregated channel performance (e.g., What’s our click rate look like this month?)
  • System notifications, help and documentation

Most of these features are available now. What you see will be based on which Customer Intelligence 360 modules you have licensed, your access roles and how you have been using the system. Look for additional widgets and home page customization capabilities in 2023!

"Key Insights" for Email & Web tasks is now available. Mobile (Push Notifications, In-App Messages & Mobile Spots) is in the works, look for these additions in a couple months.
