Function of a countdown timer on e-mail on SAS CI360

Good day,

Do we have the functionality of a countdown timer on e-mail for SAS CI360.

I understand that this has to be coded in HTML, how will it be displayed?

Will there also be reports available for the percentage of clicks on a countdown timer?

How will the countdown timers work with the different e-mail clients?  <Example, outlook, g-mail, etc>

Hi Kriben -

You can include a countdown counter from any source (there's no countdown widget within CI360).

Here's an example from Nifty Images (I set up a count down to New Year's Eve):

Simply put this URL in your image configuration in the Layout Manager.

Note: Email client security checks may flag image links to a 3rd party domain as suspicious. Pursue a white-label/first-party domain option to avoid this issue.
