With the October (21.10) release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360, you might see the following error when you are working with the user interface:

The server (403 error) could not be accessed. Contact your system administrator. Capabilities.

Some actions in the user interface are incorrectly disabled or hidden based on the role assignments that are set for a user. This error occurs when a user attempts an action that is not allowed, based on their permissions. It does not prevent the user from completing actions that are allowed based on their role assignment.

For example, a user with a role that grants read-only permissions might see a button that is enabled – such as Publish or Save – for a task, even though the user does not have sufficient permissions to complete those actions. The message appears if the user attempts to publish or save the task.

In the November (21.11) release, the user interface will hide or disable actions that are not allowed for the user. Until that update, you might receive the error when you attempt an action that you do not have permissions for.
