Good morning  ..

 

I am looking for campaign start datetimes and end datetimes i.t.o processing

Is there a start datetime column stored in the Oracle tables (assuming the Contact History's Contact_Dttm is the end datetime) for non optimized campaigns ?

 

And then also, a start datetime and end datetime for creating input data, and optimization ?

Hi Gerda,
There isnt enough information in the Common Data Model to do this. Your best option is to look at the CI log file on the mid tier, or for scheduled campaigns use the start end and end time from the scheduler itself.
