About RTDM / Real-Time Decision Manager

To whom it may concern ... good morning !

Have a question ... in simply terms and in the current SAS portfolio, what is RTDM ? Is a software that I can get by SAS depot ? Or is a theorical concept embedded into Customer Intelligence 360 ? (I mean ... if I get Customer Intelligence 360, then I can do "Real-Time Decision Manager")

Can you guide me in this issue ?

Hi,
RTDM (Real Time Decision Manager) is decision management software and is distributed to licensed customers via a downloaded SAS software order and depot. It is a separate product to Customer Intelligence 360 and provides complimentary capabilities for managing an omni-channel customer experience.
