Does Epoch Research Institute still exist?  In the past I believe they used to provide training for the SAS Clinical Programmer certification exam in Iselin, NJ

Yes, Epoch is still an accredited training partner and reseller for SAS India.  They may bring back the Clinical Trials program to the U.S. at some point in 2020 with a different delivery model.
