Or should I go for SAS® Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS®9.

Hello, 

Both the exam and the current certification preparation guide are written for SAS 9.4.  In this case, both the exam and the prep guide use SAS 9  as a broader umbrella term that is inclusive of the SAS 9.4 release.  So the exam that's advertised on our certification web site is the latest exam and does cover SAS 9.4 and the prep guide also covers SAS 9.4.
