Hi,

I'm learning SAS by using prep guide SAS'9 edition and using SAS university edition. However, all of my library folders are empty.  have the same folders as the book references : patients (empty), SASHELP (not empty), SASUSER(empty),WEBWORK(empty), WORK(empty).

I'm not able to use the examples in book. Can anybody help? How can I get the data?

Thanks a lot!

There are data set up instructions included with the book, have you run that program?

I'm not sure if it's specifically designed for SAS UE, since SASUSER is locked down in SAS UE.

Is this the program you ran? I don't see any reference to a library called patients, but there is a data set called patients.

I'll move this question to the certification forum and you can check there for similar questions as well.

You may also find this helpful, its essentially the errata for the book, since it has some mistakes:

@xrz0203, which edition of the prep guide are you using?
