I was supposed to be setting my Base Sas Certification exam today. After verifying myself on Pearson Vue I logged into the certification manager 15 mins early. It gave me no option to start the exam. The option to start is hidden under "Schedule/Modify Exam Appointment exam" then under another sub option. They then it tried to make me re do all the system tests/passport verification that I had already completed.

It is impossible to get through to PearsonVue and when I finally did they told me "I am sorry but you must have been aware of that before you tried to take your exam".

If you look at their reviews on trustpilot they get 1.1/5 with other people having similar problems, same with their facebook page.  I'm not happy at all, they have referred my case. Which I'm sure will decide in their favour.

Hello,

We are terribly sorry to hear that you had a bad exam experience with Pearson VUE recently.   Our candidate experience is very important to us and we will work with Pearson VUE to determine what happened in your case to ensure that your next experience goes much better.  We have been using Pearson VUE for online proctoring now for almost two years with great success overall so we take your comments seriously and will do our best to investigate this in partnership with Pearson VUE.

Thank you,
