Hello,

 

I'm trying to make a reservation on the virtual lab, but keep getting this error message:

Reservation not made successfully.
Error message received when creating reservation: Image (1208114, Type I) does not exist.
 
I would greatly appreciate some help on how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Inside the VLE system, just under the Virtual Lab Reservation System pane, there should be a Need Help button. If you click that button, your track will go directly to the Virtual Lab Support team. Typically, you need to get out of the VLE and start over with a fresh browser session. But opening a track via the Need Help button is the fastest way to get help for this.
