I forgot to mention i meant in the Data Flux Application during Data preparation do i Use the Data validation node or SQL Query node for better performance.

This is one of those "it depends" questions. There's no right answer. You have to benchmark with YOUR data and YOUR servers and YOUR installation to see which one is better in terms of performance. We talk about benchmarking in our Programming 3 class and the trade-offs in tuning for I/O, for time or for ease of maintenance.
