Hi:
Depending on what type of error the most frequent issues for problems with the Virtual Lab are these:
1) using a saved URL or bookmark to try to return to the Virtual Lab instead of clicking the link that is inside the class
2) having a VPN connection, some kind of firewall or proxy issue that interferes with the Citrix Virtual lab
3) forgetting to log off the Citrix Window in your last session, so your session got "hung" up
4) not using Chrome, Firefox or Safari for the Virtual Lab. We do have folks using Edge, but we get fewer reports of issues when folks use Chrome or Firefox
5) not getting a "fresh" Profile logon before entering the class
Most of the issues with the Virtual Lab can be resolved by closing all your browsers, clearing your Internet cache files/history and starting again from your My Training page at this link: https://support.sas.com/edu/viewmyelearn
When you go to this site, you should be prompted to log in to your profile. And then, after you log into your SAS profile, you should go to your My Training page where you'll see all of the active items for e-learning. You'll need to click into the class or, if you are using one of the student portals, click into the portal and then into the class.
If starting from your My Training page does not work to get you into the Virtual Lab, then please send mail to elearn@sas.com and let us know your email address, what browser you used, and if possible, a screen shot of your full screen that shows the URL at the top of the page and the error message in the same screen shot.
