I don't understand the answer of this question in the quiz.

Is not necessary put a LIBNAME mylib close;?

Both create an Excel file.

For completeness, I would also prefer a

libname mylib clear;

(note: CLEAR, not CLOSE!) to clean things up, but a quick test on On Demand reveals that it is not necessary for the file to be readable (at least with LibreOffice) after downloading to my Mac.
