Extended learning SAS Programming 2

Hi SAS Team, 

I have downloaded the data for SAS Extended learning Prog 2 (I am using enterprise guide). There is a file cre8data should I use it for the set up or can I just write a libname statement including the path of where I saved the data?  When I paste the location of the data in "%Let Path=" statement I get an error am I missing something ?
