Since this thread is nearly 18 years old I suggest that you start your own thread. In that thread describe what you are attempting to do, the code that you used, a data step to create some example data like yours and since this involves specific ODS output the ODS destination statement with all the options you used and what your active ODS Style at the time you run the code. You may need to provide an example of the Excel template as well.
There has been a lot of changes related to ODS output in the 18 years since this thread was posted. So many options were not available.
