13.10 - 13.40 What do customers want – customer behavior during and after the pandemic

SAS made two researches during the pandemic about customers’ behavior and expectations. Some of the discovered key findings were

  • The importance of customer experience is strengthening,
  • Effects on the digital transformation of business and
  • The new kind of customer during and after the pandemic.

This presentation reviews these topics and the factors that affected them.

This presentation are going to look at the changes we are seeing in consumer behaviour that are not related to COVID-19 and the global pandemic. We will look at what these changes could mean for organisations across all markets and explore what potential they offer to marketers who want to develop or evolve their marketing strategies to become truly customer centric. Finally, we will look at what new KPI’s we need to consider and how to measure them to succeed in a world of customer centric marketing journeys.
