What URL are you using? I used the link from the Documentation section of the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ page (http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/miner/getstarted14.zip) and it worked fine for me. Try the direct link to the ZIP file instead, perhaps?

Thank you for the response , I actually  used the link from the Documentation section of the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ page (http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/miner/getstarted14.zip) , nothing happend again something like reload the page scene , and now from the direct link again same thing , i thought its from my extensions but its not becouse i stopped them all. I will check deeply tomorrow , ty ❤️
